More attention to cleaning details would be fantastic! ! Room doors need fixing! It’s loud at night, making it tough to sleep when the walls feel paper-thin! Better maintenance of facilities is definitely needed!

Exceptional staff service

It was super convenient—a hop from the plane to my cozy king room. Breakfast? Quite surprisingly tasty! Who knew hotel eggs could have a hint of gourmet?

But the elevator was more dramatic than a soap opera—closed on unsuspecting guests! Not exactly the aroma I was hoping for!

We stayed in a King Room that was spacious and clean, featuring a mini-refrigerator and a flat-screen HDTV which made our stay comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, quickly assisting us with additional towels and breakfast concerns. The shuttle service to the airport was timely and convenient for our early flight.
